In addition to the coaching program, Nicolay H. Kreidler also offers a mentor program. The mentor program consists of six months of unlimited access to the author and consultant by e-mail, phone, fax, Skype video conference etc.

The fee distinguishes those who are serious about their business and moving forward, and is easily recouped through increased business and improved operations. Admission is limited. If there are no openings there is a "first come, first served" waiting list.

You and Nicolay H. Kreidler reach a mutual decision as to whether the program is right for you. If it is, to begin with there will be an assessment of your current situation, expectations, and fundamental value propositions. Thereafter mentoring goals are established. All phone calls are returned during business hours within 90 minutes, and all written correspondence within 24 hours.

By initiating this transaction you agree to the following policies:

This agreement is between the payee (hereafter the "Client") and Nicolay H. Kreidler (hereafter the "Consultant").

Client agrees to enroll in the 6-month mentor program for $3500 or to book a single coaching telconference session for $270 per call. . The Client understands that services provided under the Mentor Program will be unlimited access to the Consultant per phone and email.

The fee may be paid in installments, but the process doesn't begin until payment is complete. The fee is non-refundable, no exceptions. However, you may call a "freeze" at any point, for up to two months at a time, at which time we stop the calendar until you are ready to begin again.

Phonecalls will be returned within 90 minutes during business hours and written correspondence withing 24 hours.

Conference times are changeable by either the Client or the Consultant as schedules might require and Company may request sooner than the following week should circumstances deem it necessary. Client agrees that all conference call telephone charges are their responsibility. Client agrees to provide six (6) hours of prior notification for any conference appointment that may require rescheduling or cancellation. All missed conference appointments without six (6) hours prior notice will be charged against the subscription at the full rate of $287.50 per hour ($300 for single session).

All subscription time will be paid month by month and is due at the beginning of each four-hour (or 1-hour) coaching period. The client is under no obligation to renew a subscription. Any other forms of consulting agreed upon between Client and Consultant will be covered under separate contract. This subscription is cancelable by email at any time by either the Client or Consultant.

The Consultant acknowledges that in the course of the Agreement it shall have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Company that the Company may make available to the Consultant (the "Confidential Information") and agrees not to disclose or disseminate the Confidential Information without the express prior written consent of the Client.

The Client agrees to hold harmless and/or indemnify Consultant, its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents,and subcontractors and any of them, from, and against, any and all liabilities, losses, damages, obligations, claims, costs, charges and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneyšs fees and costs, expert witness fees and other consultants) which result from a breach or alleged breach of this contract, or which may be imposed upon, incurred by or asserted against the Consultant because of any failure by the Client or any of its employees, contractors or assigns to perform its obligations either implied or expressed under this agreement.

The Client agrees to limit Consultant's total aggregate liability and that of its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and subcontractors, and any of them to amount of Consultantšs total compensation under this contract except if liability to Client results from Consultant's gross or intentional negligence. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising unless otherwise prohibited by law.

At the request of Client, Consultant may from time to time refer Client to third party consultants/contractors. Any referrals are specifically agreed to be made without warranty as to the suitability and fitness of the third party consultant/contractor to Client, and are made without Consultant's liability of any kind whatsoever for the referral or the acts and deeds of the third part consultant/contractor.

Consultant is specifically not liable for any delays caused by data provided to Consultant by Client, or by changes that affect estimates made by Consultant.
